We will further cascade it to our associated companies both here in Spain and in Northern Europe and the U.K. so as to maximise its exposure and to procure clients.
Once upon the web site it will automatically go onto the various portals we are on including Kyero, Think Spain, Property Showrooms, In Spain T.V and Andalucia .com We will advertise your property locally and a window card will be in our showroom office in the beautiful Pueblo of Casarabonela. You will be advised immediately of your homes Reference number and a copy of the window card will be sent to you. We can send to you today, by e-mail, a listing and commission agreement for you to complete. If you have any photographs available now, then we can get your property on today. We do also require, by law, a copy of the Nota Simple. If you do not have this to hand but your Lawyer does, then please do ask him/her to contact us after you have given your authority to do so. If you do have your home with other agents, please could you advise us as to whom, as we do need to be advertising at the same level.
