LAND
The land surrounding the farmhouse is partly irrigated with water from a private well and a small stream crossing the land. On the irrigated land there are a lot of fruit trees and in a vegetable garden behind the house potatoes and vegetables are grown. The dry land is planted with olive and almond trees.

ACCESS
It is accessed by a good dirt track taking you through beautiful landscape with pine woods and farming land.

REMARKS
The property will be connected to mains electricity but until then it depends on its own generator. The drinking water comes from its private well and the water for irrigation from the little stream close by.

LOCATION
Benamargosa is a typical white washed Andalucian village nestled in the hills of Andalucia in the basin of the Axarquia region. Located 35 minutes from the International Airport of Malaga and only 10 minutes from the coast at Vélez-Málaga. The village has a superb municipal pool (open in high summer) with children´s pool and gardens set in an attractive park near to the river, sixteenth century church, a school, supermarkets, banks, post office, numerous bars with restaurants, baker, butcher and fishmonger, chemist and medical centre, and a weekly market on Wednesday mornings. Surrounded by scenic farms, avocado and citrus groves, Benamargosa offers traditional village living with easy access to the beach and shopping.
