On the side of the house is a large double garage/workshop which houses the central heating boiler and solar panels Approx house size is 600sq meters over 2 and 1/2 floors
Originally an olive mill, the guest house has been converted to offer a high standard of comfortable holiday accommodation whether you select b&b or self catering, with all rooms en-suite. The high ceilings and exposed roof are a reminder of its past as are the old photographs of Andalucia that adorn the walls and a selection of original rural artefacts.
The house overlooks Sierra de Maimon and the breathtaking views of Sierra de Maria National Park are only a stones throw away - both are wonderful examples of the rugged and beautiful Andalucia so often missed by those who holiday on the coast. The whole of the Los Velez area offers interesting historical features, local markets and lots of bars and cafés with the towns of Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco only 7km from base.
B&B Accommodation
All rooms have central heating and essential extras such as a hairdryer or an iron can be provided at no extra charge.
2 individually styled double bedrooms with private bathrooms and for that something extra special - THE SUITE - featuring a four poster bed, spacious bathroom and private small lounge leading onto a sun terrace.
In the lounge the guests are welcome to enjoy a selection of board games, books or Satellite TV.
